Jenni Fraser is a HR Consultant, Coach and Facilitator with extensive and varied HR experience, managing HR procedures across the entire employee life cycle. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and is a professional member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
Highly regarded for her common sense, logical thinking and no fuss approach, Jenni works with teams as large as multi-national global corporations, to local small businesses with two people on board and is equally committed to the HR needs of all size businesses.
People engage Jenni and her team to tighten their processes, for advice on Human Resources, both Employee Relations and Industrial Relations and to help them navigate difficult or tricky situations to ensure businesses are complying with Fair Work legislation.
After many years in the ‘people’ business Jenni knows from first hand experience that it’s always better to address issues and compliance before things go wrong… and that content employees equal high performing teams and businesses.
Jenni is passionate about people and performance, particularly in the world of small business, and has great admiration of the dedication that small business owners have towards their work and their people. Jenni is well aware of how difficult it can be for people to manage their employees- after all, a lot of people go into business to do what they do best, and that’s not often managing their employees!
